Here are two movies of testing Bella with the new charger

Charged the two 6V batteries in series to the maximum overnight to 12.85 Volt.

I ran the engine and after starting the voltage increases from 12.3V to approximately 12.39V

I also measured the voltage output from the regulator. It does reach > 12 V but I suspect the generator field coils sustained damage working with the previous regulator where I wired it up wrong initially and then the fuses kept blowing; I suspect the insulation inside the coils may have melted for one or two of the coils, reducing the output.
