The dashboard of the Bella consists of an aluminum panel fitted with a red and green plastic lens. Attached to the dash are two hooks that are intended to hold shopping bags or a helmet strap.
Restoration consists mostly of polishing the dash and the hooks as long as the lenses are still intact. My polishing efforts led to the following:
